March 8th, 2010 Paralympics!

Well I safely arrived to the Whistler Paralympic Village last night... it was a long day but filled with lots of laughs and flexibility. These Paralympians are amazing. The village is awesome, and we are centrally located to everything, international zone, the gym & dinning hall .. and the food is amazing! It's like you have to pace yourself there is so much here.. trust me I will , as you know this is NOT my first rodeo!!

Team processing was very overwhelming, but exciting at the same time... I get to proudly wear my Team USA jacket and newly updated credentials!!!!! This time around I have access to EVERYTHING!!

I have my own room for providing massage sessions and these athletes are already knocking at the door! It's an awesome feeling to know they are eager to start working with me. The massage table I will be using has the Olympic rings on it with USA ~~ talk about motivating!

I CAN'T!!!!!!! ~~ and for those of you who know me, that's a good thing... can you see me smiling ? !!

I will be working in the sports medical office from 8 AM - 9 PM everyday and will have an hour & half for lunch & exercise.. Peter is really good about making sure we get taken care of while we support our US Paralympians! I will most likely have extra time, but the focus is on the athletes right now.. I'll figure it out.

oh there is so much to tell.. so very exciting, but I will keep you updated as much as possible and will try to get some photo's uploaded soon... the view from my room is breath taking!!!

OK I'm out, and oh yeah... the glitter is working!
