Sports Massage Adventures...

Well, here we are .. Happy 4th of July!!!!                                                                                                             I want to say thank you to all of our TROOPS!!  Without them, we would not be able to enjoy the liberties that we do and do them on a daily basis and most days take our freedom's for granted.  I especially want to say thank you:                                               To  Sgt. Edward J. Heilborn & Charles R Williams, USMC

I'm enjoying & chillaxin today, but will hit the ground running tomorrow.  I committed to subbing a massage group for the week and then head to the office to see clients afterwards.  This makes for very long days.. but I really do love my job & it's always so very exciting!  The laughs never stop in this office.. you never know who will walk through the door, who will call or text, never mind the e-mails.  It's non-stop, but completely awesome.  Athletes and clients really come to rely on our expertise here at the USMT office.  As I continuously say... we provide those goal orientated and performance based outcomes your looking for.

This coming weekend is the Providence Amica 70.3 IRONMAN.  This will be year 5 that the Ultimate Sports Massage Team will be on hand providing pre-event sports massage at the EXPO and post event sports massage at the end of the event... we are excited to be there for all the athletes coming to compete & participate  ~~  We look forward to seeing everyone!

It will be a short week in the office for Kristen & myself, we will be off and providing massage at a TBI  (Traumatic Brain Injury) Conference.  This will be an extremely emotional assignment.. we will be working hand in hand with our wounded warriors and their care givers.  It's the least that we can do to give back for all that they have sacrificed for us.  My son is a Marine... my husband is a retired Marine.. this is my family.

August will be a quiet month.. maybe.. we never know??   September will be the start of a very busy sports season for us.. something we look forward to.

Well thats it for now.. just wanted to touch base.. give a little in site to whats happening with the USMT and things to come.' ( There's plenty on the horizon!)

Always & with the glitter!!

Lori-Ann
