Cassidy
NC LMBT # 21713

Cassidy has been a dedicated and continually evolving massage therapist since 2023, driven by a deep passion for understanding the human body and helping others feel and function at their best. Her journey into massage therapy began with a personal mission—to support her husband in his recovery from a neck injury sustained during his military service.

Since joining our team, Cassidy has become an invaluable contributor, lending her expertise to high-profile events such as the 2024 Marine Corps Marathon and strength competitions including Strongest Woman on the Coast 2025. She has continually expanded her skills, earning certification in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and completing advanced training in Reflexology and anatomical study through Experienced Anatomy’s Cadaver Workshop.

Outside of her professional work, Cassidy’s energy and commitment to excellence extend to her personal life. She coaches softball, trains for marathons, and enjoys combing the beach for shark teeth. A proud U.S. Navy Veteran, she brings the same discipline, dedication, and passion for service to her massage therapy practice as she did to her military career.
